What are Google Adwords?

Google Adwords are ads that appear next to Google search results.  These ads link directly to advertiser websites.   An advertiser pays to be listed and is charged every time a visitor clicks on the ad.  See the image to the right?  It shows Google Adwords listings for the search New York lawyer.

Google Adwords ensure that your ad appears on the first pages of a Google search.  

How much does it cost per click?

It depends on how much competition there is in your area.  The more attorneys there are wanting to advertise in your area, the more you will pay for each visitor.  For example, if you live in a small town you could pay as little as 10 cents a click.  If you live in a large city, you could pay several dollars per click.  You set the budget you want.  We monitor your advertising so you get the best possible exposure to potential clients based on your budget.

How much will I have to pay?  

It depends on where you live and it will vary each month depending on your ads, your ad placement, your competitors and other factors.  We monitor and optimize your ads and ad costs monthly for you to try to ensure that you get the most advertising bang for your buck.  You can set a specific amount you wish to pay each month (ex: $25) and Google will show your ads randomly until the amount you specify is reached.

Will my ad be ranked first on Google?

It depends.  We monitor and optimize your ad search terms for you each month and it may be better if you aren't ranked number 1 for various reasons.  For example, you may get better results being ranked lower than number 1 in which case we would set it so you get ranked lower.  Or, the cost of being ranked 2 is half the cost of being ranked 1 and the difference in clicks could be negligible in which case we would choose rank 2.   Or, the costs of a top ranking are too high in which case we would choose a lower ranking.  There is a lot involved in monitoring and optimizing your adwords rankings and costs.  We do the work so you don't need to.  

What is the process?

It's really easy for you.  Once you sign up for the Traffic Builder Package we will set up your Google Adwords account.  We will research and select up to 15 keywords specifically for your target area as well as the costs associated with each.  Once we have set up the account, we will provide you with the login information.  You will then provide Google with your payment information, set your monthly budget and your adwords campaign will begin.  We will monitor and optimize your campaign for you each month, tweaking your campaign as needed so that you can reach as many potential clients as possible at a reasonable cost.

You are free to cancel your Adwords account at any time.  Due to the amount of work involved, the $39.95 set up fee is non-refundable.
