Yes.  If you aren't sure what a domain name is, it is www.DOMAINNAME.com.  On the order form, you will be able to search for a domain name.  Simply choose the available domain name you want, enter it on the order form and we will do our best to get it for you.  It's as simple as that.

You sure can.  We will provide instructions for how to transfer your domain to us when you sign up.  You will retain ownership rights to your domain at all times.   

Absolutely.  E-mail is included as part of your monthly web service fee.  Each account comes with one email account.  Plus, you get unlimited email forwarding with your website. 

Yes.  We provide a web based e-mail account and 25 mb of storage space.  This means that you can check all of your e-mail that comes in to your main e-mail address from any computer.  You can also send e-mail online from this account from any computer.  

Although 25 mb of space doesn't sound like much, it is.  It's enough space for approximately 7,500 average sized e-mails. 

Absolutely.  While we have found that the majority of our customers would rather just forward their email to an already existing email address since that way they don't have to remember to check a separate email account, you are welcome to add 5 extra email accounts to your website account for just $10/month extra.
